This anthology was built for senior and mid-level leaders, executive women, coaches, founders, and business owners — people who have done real work at a high level and are ready to document it. Last year, WLUN produced 16 published women authors through this program. The cohort is deliberately small (10–20 contributors) so production stays personal and the peer environment stays credible.
Most anthology programs give you a published chapter and stop there. This program is structured so that the assets you receive through each phase carry more standalone value than the cost of the anthology itself. By the time your chapter publishes, you already have a done-for-you voice playbook, customer avatar strategy, branded quote cards, a lead magnet, a workbook, and a founding-member cohort seat. The chapter is the credibility asset. Everything built around it is the monetization infrastructure.
Your participation timeline and review windows are clearly defined in the Anthology Participation Agreement. The main time requirements are: completing your Leadership Story Intake Form (within 10 business days of signing), reviewing your chapter draft (within a 5–10 business day window), and approving final materials. WLUN handles the production work between those touchpoints.
Yes — and this question was anticipated when designing the program. The Career-Safe Storying Suite includes redaction checklists, anonymization options, and PR/legal guidance for sensitive disclosures. Nothing publishes without your explicit sign-off.
You do. Participants retain full copyright ownership of their individual chapter contribution. WLUN receives a non-exclusive publishing license to include your chapter in the anthology and promote it. Your intellectual property remains yours.
